Universidad Loyola Andalucia is a Higher Institution belonging to the global network of universities of the Society of Jesus (338 around the world). Founded in 2010, it has inherited the teaching and research experience of its predecessor, ETEA Business School, with over 50 years of existence.

The research experience is focused mainly in the fields of local development, agriculture, development aid, social services, psychology, engineering and business management techniques.

It also has a research institute which is focused on cooperation for development called ETEA Foundation, which is linked to Loyola Andalucía as an affiliated entity. To perform this task, Loyola has more than 250 researchers.

The team's experience focuses on the evaluation of competencies in Higher Education, development of active methodologies in the classroom, network theory, development of online learning and instructional designs.

All the staff are Ph. D. researchers and lecturers with extensive experience, having participated in both national and European Research and Development projects.

INCOMA is a specialised training agency working with projects of an international nature,developing initiatives and ideas to facilitate mobility exchanges and to improve training levels amongst citizens. It was founded in Seville in 2003 by a group of people who had themselves previously been beneficiaries of E.U-funded educational programmes.

INCOMA’s work primarily consists in the development of mobility and research projects, as well as in the transfer and exchange of good practice (targeting groups at risk of exclusion, eg. unemployed young people, women and migrant community).

Throughout its 15 year history, INCOMA has grown and currently works with partners and clients from the majority of European countries. The agency also works in collaboration with other parts of the world, via services provided by the INCOMA group (which, in addition to the consulting agency, comprises of a language academy specialising in the teaching of Spanish to foreigners).

In addition, INCOMA identifies itself with the core values of the E.U., such as democracy, social justice and respect for minority cultures, ensuring that it promotes European awareness at all times through its projects.

UPO is a higher education institution that offers two bachelor and four Master degrees directly related to education. The Bachelor degrees are in social education and a double degree in social work and social education. The Master degrees are: “Education for Development, Awareness and the Culture of Peace”,

“Secondary School Teaching, Vocational and Language Teaching”, “Emotional Education” and “Inclusive Education for Equality and Equity: Attention to needs Cohabitation and Gender Equality”.

UPO is also involved in several projects related to education from European Union program. The institution is involved in developing strategies focused on improving the effectiveness and renewing teaching methodologies. The planned strategies are also focused on motivating the use of new communication and information technologies in teaching activities.

With approximately 4.000 students, FH JOANNEUM (FHJ) is a young University of Applied Sciences established in 1995 in Graz, Austria. It has an international network of partner institutions in different educational sectors and within several industries.

With its highly specialized degree programmes offered at university level in the areas of international business & technology, information engineering, mobility, media and design, social services and public health, FHJ is one of Austria's leading Universities of Applied Sciences. Further, FHJ already participated in a high number of EU projects as coordinator & partner. Therefore, it can rely on many years of experience and highly qualified staff when it comes to EU and company projects. The university has well developed R&D centres, which work - in cooperation with international partners - on a multitude of projects. The R&D centre of the Department of Management has extensive experience in EU projects. The activities range from Development of Training Materials, Social Media, and Internationalization through Regional Development, Entrepreneurship & Intercultural Competences to Quality Management in HE and Labour Market Policy Instruments. The R&D Centre of the Department of International Management has coordinated and participated in more than 50 larger projects with a total volume of over 28 million EUR in the past 5 years. Our staff is very proficient with all the key elements of the project. The practical results and solutions provided by our applied research are made available to industry, public institutions and society as a whole.

The University of Bielefeld it´s a public institution of higher education. The Institute for Didactic Mathematics (IDM) consist of 5 working groups for primary and secondary education. It is responsible for the research and educational programs of teacher education in mathematics.

Approx. 1500 students studied mathematics at school at the institute. The working groups of professors involved in the project are responsible for teaching and research in secondary education. Their research topics consists of (1) mental models of mathematical content, (2) creating environment and textbooks for active learning processes in mathematics, and (3) learning activities for inclusive learning setting.
